Coo Coo Chin Chin
Coo Coo Chin Chin
Went by bus
Both with an elephant
With one tusk,
Each went one way
Both came back
When they rode
To the railway track,
I went one way
Each way
Saturday,
Riding upperdeck
Saw the view,
Coo Coo Chin Chin
Passed us
Every day
Riding on their way
To the zoo,
Zoo man Peperday
Gave his
Hat away,
Now he wears
A baseball cap,
Coo Coo Chin Chin
Lost an elephant
Where it went
I do not know,
Zoo man Peperday
Told us
Look around,
Must find the elephant
For the zoo,
I went everyday
Looking everyway,
Twice to the station
And three times
Back,
Didn't see
An elephant
Didn't hear
An elephant,
Wondered if
We'd ever get it back,
Zoo man Peperday
Found it Thursday
Hiding well
Away
In a sack,
Coo Coo Chin Chin
Thanked him
Everso,
When he brought
There elephant
Back.
