Dear Love
It's sad when I stand
And screw
Up my hands,
And twist my left arm
Into knots,
I scuff both my shoes
My feet in odd
Socks,
And my tie is choking
A bit,
It's like a brass band
There's no where
To stand,
I'm lost like a bear,
Easy to see,
I'm missing
You,
I want to go out
Come in,
Wander about
Like a cat or a trout,
A one eyed baboon
A left footed
Goon,
I start to make plans
They all go
Wrong,
Standing in puddles
All wet,
Right up to my
Knees,
It's easy to see,
I'm missing
You.
