This is just a small portion of the cranes and excavators that R. H. Neal and Co. of Grantham produced before being taken over re-badged as part of Coles. The few I have photos for. All Neal Mobile Cranes from 2 tons capacity could be supplied as lorry mounted. To see some of the catalogues of these and other units CLICK HERE Although these are not directly Coles cranes which is what this site is about, Neals were an important part of the eventual company and their back story gave them expertise to help Coles expand into from the 1960's until the 1980's before its final closure. Some of these units were still sold under the Neal name after the take over.
