No cable drum but fixed hook at end of arm. Limited swivel of 60 degrees.
Telesescopic jib and twin action hydraulic base frame allow hook full motion from ground to 4.5m. Sold mainly in mainland Europe. Not meny have been seen but interestingly Coles had a sales model (see model toy section) made by Schuco toys.
