Notes - Jibs 6.1/7.6/9.1m General Description. Truck mounted Petrol/Diesel -electric crane with 6x4 (early version 2x2) wheel drive and unlimited full circle slewing in either direction. The hoist, derrick and slew motions are energised by a variable speed generator driven by power take-off from the prime mover. Each motion is controlled by an interlocked pair of heavy duty reversing contractors operated by pilot switches in the driver's cab.
