When Coles took over Taylor's in 1959 it was latest model of Taylor's Jumbo crane replacing the snoop nose unit. The unit had hydraulic jib lift and rotation along with a single hydraulic jib extension. This design was to become the basis Coles Speedcrane. Below is very rare example of this unit is still working in Pembroke, South Wales, it is owned by Ian Curry who runs a small grit blasting and sandblasting business, he intends to restore the crane to as near original condition as he can.
